Rear Suspension
Keep your rides smooth and safe by being proactive about professionally servicing your rear suspension and shock. The more often you take care of this maintenance, the better your bike will perform.
Forks
Don’t wait until you notice a lot of grit, grime and other build up around your seals to get your forks serviced. And certainly don’t wait ‘til it feels like you’re riding a jackhammer. Get them services annually and truly enjoy your ride.
Wheels, Rims & Hubs
Wheels are the closest things to magic on your bike. Take a bunch of relatively weak components, which each individually bend or break with little effort, service them regularly and build them with care and they take on a new life and give you a solid ride.
Popular Services
Most of the time, a gentle rinse and wipe-down will do; however, you should do a more thorough clean every three weeks or so. After that, a Basic Service should be done every two to three months, and a Major Service once a year.
Annual Basic Fork Service
We disassemble and clean the fork, replace and lubricate dust wipers and seals, and replace and lubricate o-rings and seals on the air assembly. New oil.

Advanced Fork Service
Completely disassemble and rebuild the air assembly and damper assembly of your fork, making it back to almost new again. Included tuning to your specific preferences.

Annual Basic Shock Service
Air sleeve service. We disassemble the main part of the shock, inspect all elements for wear or damage, replace and properly lubricate air seals.

Premium (nitrogen) Shock Service
Completely disassemble and rebuild the air assembly and damper assembly of your shock. Nitrogen refill. We offer as an option tuning the air volume to your specific preferences.

Some forks and shocks, such as those equipped with Fox FIT4, GRIP and GRIP2 dampers require more time, and will cost more.

Shock-N-Roll 1 (Basic Tune Up, Clean & Adjust)
A bike should be regularly cleaned and adjusted for optimal performance. Don’t wait until your ride is screaming for attention to finally take it in to the experts. If you want to avoid a costly visit, do a little preventative maintenance a few times throughout the year. An ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure.

- Check torque on all bolts
- Align brake/shift levers and handlebar/stem

Shock-N-Roll 2 (Wheels & Bearings)
Consider the beating your wheels and bearings take ride after ride. Bearings especially are often overlooked, but they really matter! For the best performance and life expectancy, they occasionally need love.

SHOCK-N-ROLL 3 (Drivetrain Degrease)
Sometimes chains, cassettes, and chainrings get so gunked up with dirt and grease a bike wash just won’t cut it. With scrupulous attention to detail, we’ll completely degrease all drivetrain components (crankset, chain, cassette, and derailleurs) plus replace all cables and housing.

SHOCK-N-ROLL 4 (Comprehensive Overhaul)
This is the most comprehensive tune-up available. We cover everything! This service will protect your investment and keep it running better than new year after year. It seems like a lot up front, but when you consider the amount of time we’ll dedicate to your bike, it’s a bargain.

- Degrease all parts/components
- Hub and freehub overhaul*

*Occasionally, bearings are worn out and need to be replaced. This service does not include new bearings or hardware.
SHOCK-N-ROLL 5 (Custom Assembly)
Don’t fork out all that cash for your one-of-a-kind dream bike only to scrimp on the quality of the assembly! Build it up right so you can fully appreciate every cent of your investment. Your bike will get meticulous attention to detail from the bare-naked frame to completed masterpiece.

- Chase bottom bracket threads (threaded frames)
- Ream and face head tube (metal frames)
