When should you bring your bike in for service? Again, this depends on how often and hard your ride but after 6 months it’s time to do some serious servicing and an annual full servicing will keep you and your bike safe so you can send it again and again with confidence. Better to leave it to a professional mechanic to avoid mistakes.

Shock-N-Roll 1 (Basic Tune Up, Clean & Adjust)
A bike should be regularly cleaned and adjusted for optimal performance. Don’t wait until your ride is screaming for attention to finally take it in to the experts. If you want to avoid a costly visit, do a little preventative maintenance a few times throughout the year. An ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure.

- Check torque on all bolts

Shock-N-Roll 2 (Wheels & Bearings)
Consider the beating your wheels and bearings take ride after ride. Bearings especially are often overlooked, but they really matter! For the best performance and life expectancy, they occasionally need love.

SHOCK-N-ROLL 3 (Drivetrain Degrease)
Sometimes chains, cassettes, and chainrings get so gunked up with dirt and grease a bike wash just won’t cut it. With scrupulous attention to detail, we’ll completely degrease all drivetrain components (crankset, chain, cassette, and derailleurs) plus replace all cables and housing.

This is the most comprehensive tune-up available. We cover everything! This service will protect your investment and keep it running better than new year after year. It seems like a lot up front, but when you consider the amount of time we’ll dedicate to your bike, it’s a bargain.

- Complete disassembly
- Wash frame
- Degrease all parts/components
- Hub and freehub overhaul*

Don’t fork out all that cash for your one-of-a-kind dream bike only to scrimp on the quality of the assembly! Build it up right so you can fully appreciate every cent of your investment. Your bike will get meticulous attention to detail from the bare-naked frame to completed masterpiece.

- Chase bottom bracket threads (threaded frames)
- Ream and face head tube (metal frames)
- Cut steerer tube
- Install and adjust all parts/components
